License management for Confluence Cloud is handled by Atlassian. Extending trial licenses typically involves collaboration between Atlassian, your license partner, and the app vendor. Yes, all three parties play a role in this process!

If you don't have a license partner, you can contact Atlassian directly through this link. Atlassian will then reach out to us for approval.

If you do have a license partner, your license partner must contact Atlassian on your behalf, as customers are not permitted to do this directly.
