Aura Status - Company managed status sets
Confluence Administrators are now able to lock certain status sets in the Macro Templates section.
Once a status set is locked, users can only select from the available statuses in this set and cannot edit them. This keeps data consistent for specific use cases.
A gray lock icon at the bottom right in a status template indicates a locked status set.
