Events Select "Events" in Mantra's sidebar to open the events view.Events are presented as tiles.Default view: The event overview displays all upcoming events and any events that occurred earlier in the current week. Past events are automatically hidden in this view, but you can still view them by adjusting the filter's date range to include past dates. You can select "Events I created" and/or "Events I participate in."If you wish to reverse the sorting, click on the Ascending button and choose Descending. Event Details To fully engage with an event, simply select it from the Event view to access the event details. These details include a header image, title, description, attachments, and, on the right, a list of participants, join/leave button, dates, and additional relevant information. At the bottom of the page, users can leave comments for further interaction and discussion. Join Events When a user joins an event via Mantra, their participation status is automatically updated, reflecting their acceptance. The user receives a confirmation notification via mail, and the event details are synchronized with their linked calendar (such as Outlook or Google Calendar). This ensures the event is added to their personal schedule. Additionally, the event organizer and other participants can see who has joined, along with those who have declined or not responded, allowing for real-time tracking of attendance. Create Events Select the "Create Event" button to begin creating a new event. Add an ImageClick on the "Add Image" area at the top to upload a header image for your event.Event TitleEnter a name for your event in the "Title" field.DescriptionUse the description box to provide details about the event. You can format your text using options like bold, italics, lists, and more.
